Hello please can anyone enlighten me about series of letters i have been getting from the home office.
The first letter i got was the Home office saying they are ready to give me a descion on my case which has been with them since 2014.the home sent me a questionnaire which i replied and sent back to them.
The second letter i recieved was that i should send 4 passport photographs each of me and my dependant and also any other documents which i did .
The 3rd letter i got was the Home office returning my sons birth certificate but i realised that the return address on the last letter was from the refused case management team....RCM-ADMIN2, is it that that my case has already been refused pls can someone enlighten me thank you.

I receive a letter from refused case management Liverpool asking me for 4 photos for me and my all my dependent to conclude my case , what that mean ? Is it all ready been refused because I got letter from refused case management ,
