Immigration Breach

Post by ARN » Sun Apr 30, 2017 5:37 pm

Hello Guys I would post my case and if anybody can reply me plz!
Actually, I came to UK in august 2010 with the two years of Entry Clearance visa. So as soon as the entry clearance come to expire, I applied for ILR and very soon changed my home address.

After that the home office sent about three letters to my old address about a signature was left in the form but I did not sent because i did not receive any of them letters, but finely the home office Invalid my case and returned the fees to me.

Then, very soon I applied again for ILR and then i got my ILR.
now the whole time from the first apply-second apply-got ILR took 13 months.
So now There is 13 months gap between the Entry clearance and ILR and i was doing no jobs etc.

Right now I want to Apply for British Nationality so my question is.

Does the 13 months gap is an immigration Breach?
