changing to FLR (M)

Post by ghm2dnpmg » Mon May 01, 2017 7:00 pm

Background: I am waiting for my residence card.
I used the FLR (FP) application for the 10-yr visa.
Also, I am an American married to a British Subject;
we've been married 22 years.

Questions:

(1) After the first 2.5 yrs, can I switch to the 5-yr FLR (M),
spouse visa, or must I stay with the FLR (FP)?

(2) If it is possible, what is the process I need to follow?

Many Regards, in advance, for answering these questions.
