Tier 2 Dependent visa for my spouse

I would like to apply Tier 2 dependent visa for my spouse and I just wanted to check if anyone can advise me on the Accommodation letter.

I am on a shared ownership property (Part buy part rent basis) and for the accommodation letter do I need to ask for the housing association who owns the remaining half of the share? is anyone here can share the sample accommodation letter( shared ownership property) please.

tier 2 dependents dont need any letter for accommodation.
A letter by yourself detailing that u have a shared ownership house is enough.
