Fixed Penalty Points

Post by spellish123 » Wed May 03, 2017 4:47 am

Dear all

I have an appointment next week , i had 3 points on my license code CU80, mobile phone was using while driving. I paid £100 and accept my fault

Offence date : 03/10/2013
Expiry date : 03/10/2016
Removal Date: 03/10/2017

My question is as my points already expired do i need to declare them in criminal conviction section ???

Waiting for the response

Thanks

Just to confirm, this was a FPN and not a fine given by court?

For some reason there is not a consensus on this board about whether or not FPNs needed to be declared, although the AN guide clearly says that they do. My suggestion would be to declare it in the additional info section. Seniors can suggest better.
