Applying Child Credit/Disability living allowance

Hi All,

To give a background:
I am on FLR(M) visa category, while my Wife and kid are having British passports.

I am not sure Applying benefits like Child Tax Benefit, Disability Living Allownace ( My kid has special conditions) will hamper my ILR application which is due in 2019 August.

Any advice is hugely appreciated.
