Hi all
Does 2 employees each working 120 hours/month since 14 months fulfill the job creation requirements.

Thanks

Ignore hours worked per month.
The requirement for a job is MINIMUM 30 hours work per week, which is counted as full time. So if they worked full time then you are fine.

Thanks zimba88.
Just wondering, are they considering 120 hours/month job a full time?
In the application form & guideline they've written 'we consider full time to be 30 hour per week/ 120 hours per month.'

Thanks

Yes as long as your employees worked min 30 hours per week. 120 hours per month does NOT appear in the immigration rules but ONLY in the guide.
Given that a month is not necessarily 4 weeks, 120 hours per month is kinda misleading. I believe policy guide writers made the same misleading assumption.
