Perhaps start with:
http://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/f ... er-to-vote
https://www.yourvotematters.co.uk/can-i ... er-to-vote

Also contact your local council electoral services team who are responsible for maintaining the electoral roll. You must be a qualified person to be included, as I understand from the above links.

In a prior post, you have mentioned that you are from Iraq. Iraq is not a member of the Commonwealth and hence is not on the list of eligible countries published by the Electoral Commission.

Hence, you are not eligible to register to vote.

That has got nothing to do with your refugee status. A refugee from a Commonwealth country (and who can prove that, by a passport, for instance) can vote.

See What if you are not eligible to vote? on the Experian website. Other credit report companies (which are private companies, not government owned) will have similar procedures.
