Migrating to Europe

Hi,

We are a same sex couple from India and planning to migrate to any friendly country in Europe.

I have done my Masters in Business Administration and have been working for a consultancy firm for last 7 years. My partner is a designer and has his business. We have travelled all over the world and would like to settle down in Europe.

Could someone help us find a EU country which is easier to migrate and tell us about the immigration laws of that country.

On second thoughts - would Canada be a better/ easier option to migrate and settle - though my heart is in Europe.
