My parents are retired and staying alone at India. They visited UK three times in past and their last visit was in 2011. My parents visited USA also two times and the last visit was in 2013. In past, we did not face any issue but this time, their Standard UK visitor visa was rejected.
This has been rejected -- "I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraphs v4.2(a) and v4.2(c) of Appendix V immigration rules for visitors."

I can clearly see that the caseworker has misinterpreted bank statement. It was a 3 months statement containing information about saving account and list of fixed deposit. The saving account is such that any money above 5000 INR is automatically converted into fixed deposit and the case worker has ignored the list of fixed deposited listed on the first page of bank statement. The case worker has also misinterpreted statement that the money was withdrawn, while it is just automatically converted to fixed deposit.
My main challenge is about how to justify that the retired parents will leave UK at the end of journey. They have excellent track record of returning from UK three times in past and two times returning from USA. I do not have any close family member (brother/sister) at India but our intention is to invite them and stay with us for 2 months - it is same as we did in last three times before 2012.
Could you please help me on how can I overcome this issue?
