Bank statements requirement

Hello everyone ,

I need some advise , I'm going to apply fiancé visa for uk and my fiancé lives in uk . We have all the parerwork ready only problem we are facing which is Santander bank not putting stamps on bank statements . My fiancé print them out from branch they are coloured look like original with all transactions only things is to concern , it says online documents .as I know home office doesn't accept online document . Pleas advise what to do . Are these online coloured bank statements would be fine . Please advise thanks

Most of the banks don't provide statements stamped by them. Instead of your fiance printing the statements from the machine , he can request the bank to print the statements on the official bank paper. Ideally HSBC provides the statements and also a letter to state that these statements are genuine. your fiance can request the bank to print the statements and provide a letter . Even if they are not providing a letter , statements on the official bank paper will serve the purpose
