Whats the procedure after overturning Tier 2 Visa ?

Post by pcavale » Fri May 05, 2017 8:57 am

Hello,

Im Prashanth from Bangalore - India.
My Tier 2 General Visa was refused and later overturned on April 20th 2017.
Post the Visa decision getting overturned, I have made the IHS payment and have received a confirmation of the same.

1.
Can anyone throw light on what is the next procedure?
Are there are any further online procedures I need to finish or do I need to wait to hear from the home office before I submit my passport to the application centre.

2.
My original travel date was March 31st 2017.
Although Im yet to submit my passport for stamping, Im curious to know the validity dates my entry clearance stamp would have on my passport since its already been more than 20 days from my original travel date. Is this a cause of concern and is there a way I can change my travel date now ?

Would really appreciate any help in this regard. Thanks in advance!

-Prashanth
