Different names on passport and visa

Hi,

I have a Tier-2 General visa. I'm about to complete 5 years of residency in the UK and apply for an ILR in Nov 2017.

I recently got married and going to change my name on passport in May 2017 and then apply for an ILR in Nov 2017 with my changed name. I'm also planning for vacations in India in Aug 2017.

May 2017: Change name on Indian passport
Aug 2017: Travel to India on vacation
Nov 2017: Apply for ILR with changed name

When I travel to and from Mumbai - London, I'll have different name on my passport and visa. Is it going to make any problems during my immigration?

Please let me know asap.
