Job Creation query

Hi everyone,

I apologise if this has been covered already in the past.

I am covered by the transitional arrangements and I am on the two year extension under the 50k route.

Am I okay to have one full time employee for 18 months and one part time employee for 6 months to meet the job creation requirement?

Also, can these two employees have different job titles or do they have to be same?

You need to create 24 months of full time employment. So I don't think only 18 months full time and then 6 months part-time would work.
If the second employee works full time, that would be ok.

I meant one full time employee for 21 months and one part time for 6 months.

There is no guide on how to mix part time and full time employment, so there is no 100% answer.

The guidance only says that part time hours can be combined to count as one full time job. I'm not sure if part time hours worked in different weeks can be combined this way.
