ILR premium service and dependents

Post by Sandrino » Sat May 06, 2017 7:45 am

Hi, I will be applying for ILR this summer from a Tier 2 general visa. I have two dependents. Can I use the premium service for myself (+£590) and have my two dependents apply the normal 'slow' route?

I will need my passport for work, and don't want to surrender it for up to 6 months.

Thanks
