Documentation for qualifying period

Post by Skinwolf » Sat May 06, 2017 5:41 pm

Awaiting PR confirmation in order to apply for neutralization (form AN) There is no information which documentation (proof of having been in the UK 3 months -married to UK citizen- prior to the date of application) for somebody:

- being 70 years old
- retired since 2012
- in UK since June 1998

They are asking for a letter from employer of official organisation or passport - neither is possible or workable. Will it be ok to send them my full PG history downloaded from my PG's web-site and signed off by them or what else is suitable for the proof?

Thanks

According to your post your spouse is a British citizen, but you appear to be following the EEA Regulations route and mention PR. Are you an EU citizen?

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
