Tier 2 ICT ST for 2years

Hi All
I have Tier2 ICT ST valid from Dec 2016 to Dec 2018 as is from my BRP
But my cos is for Dec 2017 .
My question is
1. Is my BRP date correct , valid till Dec 2018. Since ST
2. Can company issue the cos for extension Dates as per BRP.

1. The BRP seems to be incorrect. ICT ST visa can only be issues for a max of 12 months.
2. Not possible to extend ICT ST beyond 12 months. Suggest you get the BRP corrected to avoid issues later.

How do we check the correctness of BRP.
If at all I stay back in uk what will be the problem.

Well, ST visas can only be issued for max of 12 months. This shows that dates in BRP is incorrect. If you continue staying, it will most likely create issues in your future application. Ignorance of rules is not a valid reason for overstaying. Suggest you get it corrected.

What is the quickest way to convert my ICT st visa to ICT long term . Can I go out and apply for long term with required cos . Without cancelling my present visa .
Then do I need to ask my company to update the same cos or request for new cos ,need to know which one is best to do for getting back to uk with in 15 days lead time.

You have to go back and apply for ICT LT from your home country. You cannot do it from within UK. A new COS will be required.
