Family Visitor Visa application

hello,
I am currently on Tier General 2 Dependent Visa.
I want to invite my parents and sister to UK for a month on standard Visitor Visa (6 months).

I will send my BRP and Passport, invitation letter and income/finance documents. However in my passport my dad's Family name is spelt as "Agarwal" however in my dad's passport his name is spelt as "Agrawal".

Please can someone advice if this will be okay or is it better to get an affidavit done to say that both are different names of the same person? If I get an affidavit done would I need to amend the section for their names where it asks if you have been known by any other names?

Please can someone help?

The other option is, I can ask my husband to write the invitation letter, and provide his BRP and other supporting documents.
