Business on Tier 2 ICT dependen visa

Hi,

I am tier 2 ict visa in UK. I am in full time permanent job. I want to start my business. Can i do it on this visa?

Read section 319D(b)
The exceptions are clearly mentioned such as:
(iii) no Employment as a Doctor or Dentist in Training
(v) no employment as a professional sportsperson (including as a sports coach)

Nothing has been mentioned on self-employment/business as i understand
