Dear Senior members,
I have a quick question about IHS Health surcharge refund.
Question: I have recently granted ILR based on long residency route. My time line is as below:
1- Applied for Tier1(Ent) 50K extension on 5th Dec,2016 with my 2 dependents and paid £1,800 IHS with our application and got approval on 18th Feb 2017.
2- I completed my 10 years on 24th March, 2017 and got ILR on the same day because it was premium appointment.
3- My wife also got dependent VISA on 10th April, 2017 at premium centre. We paid £500 IHS for this application.
6- We have applied Naturalization for our 2 years old child on 27th April, 2017 and waiting for its decision.
So, we paid £2,300(£1,800+£500) in total. As per my understanding Home office must refund us either £1,800 in total or partial.
I would really appreciate if you please explain me how to claim this refund and how much should i claim? Also if you please send me their email or contact number where i can contact them as i could not find any contact number or email for help.
I look forward to hearing your valuable advice.
Many thanks
Aleem
