Unusual problem with different name on foreign passport

Hello everyone.

I am a Polish citizen, currently waiting for my citizenship application to be approved. I don't foresee any issues with my applications, so in a month or two I will most likely also be a British citizen.

Furthermore, I recently discovered that I am eligible to obtain Lithuanian citizenship (through my great-grandmother who was a citizen). Lithuanian nationality law generally does not allow dual citizenship, but in my circumstances this should be possible. The process will probably take over a year, but after then I will be a Polish-British-Lithuanian citizen.

Here's where the fun starts. Lithuania doesn't allow characters which do not appear in Lithuanian alphabet to be used on passports, and so my original name will be slightly altered to match Lithuanian rules. In my case, two instances of 'sz' in my last name would be replaced by š (phonetically the same sound), with another possible change in my first name. Of course, by the time I become a Lithuanian citizen, I will already have a British passport, and so there should be no problem on the British side now. But, in 10 years, when I replace my UK passport, wouldn't having a passport in a slightly different name be an issue (of course the passport regulations don't change by then)?
