ILR paperwork needed

Hello, can somebody please help with some info?

I've read all the documents on gov.co.uk and my head is full and unclear.
I'm a Romanian in the U.K. since Dec 2010 with long holidays in some years, first started as self employed and then employed, I know that I have to apply for ILR before applying for citizenship and I looked everywhere for a list of paperwork that is needed and from 1 page to another and lots of annexes and so on I just don't know what exactly I need to provide in terms of paperwork and where to send it and so on.
Can someone please let me know where there's a simple list?

You cannot apply for ILR.

You may apply for PR.
