please help me about calculation of employees hours

i have already applied visa for extension. i did show one full time employee last 12 month with 120 hours monthly. my question is that HO will considered monthly 120 hours as a full time or part?

My second question is that i got 1 part time employee as well but in some month he has work only 48 hours.
whether Ho will calculate all 12 month hours or he will calculate separately on the basis of monthly? please help me

A full time position is a position where you work min of 30 hours a week.

HO will look at the salary paid and the hourly rate and will determine how many hours he worked.

According to guideline, weekly 30 hours and monthly 120. Monthly 120 hours are mention there. Why they mention there 120 hours per month if that one is wrong? can you explain zamba thanks

120 hours per month does NOT appear in the immigration rules but ONLY in the guide.
Given that a month is not necessarily 4 weeks, 120 hours per month is kinda misleading for full time positions. I believe policy guide writers made the same misleading assumption. I suggested many many many times that it is much easier if your hours are calculated on weekly basis
