Visit visa refused on invalid grounds

Hi Guys

I recently invited my parents from Pakistan to attend my graduation ceremony at the University of Oxford however unfortunately the visa application of my family was refused on grounds that my father will not be able to maintain and accommodate himself adequately in UK or meet the costs of his return journey from UK.

Some facts about my application

1) I no longer live in UK but have a valid UK visa copy of which was provided with application
2) I work in automotive industry in Germany and provided all the relevant documents along with their application
3) My family owns of of the very well established paint manufacturing company in Pakistan and ALL relevant documents were provided with application (Ownership documents, tax returns, bank statements, Sponsorship letter signed by all share holders)
4) Invitation letter from university was also attached
5) Personal bank account statements showing smart funds were attached.
5) Accommodation was sorted and details were attached


The visa office mentioned that though i am convinced that you are the signing authority of the company account but that money should be only used for the business and not private trip. I felt like he was joking or something because it is a private owned business and the relevant documents were provided.

Most annoying thing is that the visa of my mother and sister was refused on grounds that my father's case is rejected and he was the sponsor so their application is also being rejected. Even though they had a separate application with a sponor letter and their private bank statement. Meaning they had no dependency by any means on my father.

There is no right of appeal or review. I'd appreciate if you guys can guide how can i get this resolved.
REAPPLICATION does not make sense because there are no additional documents that can be provided and circumstances can not be changed.
