Post by legalkhan » Fri May 12, 2017 11:45 am

Dear Forum members and respected moderators,
In current circumstances when there is no MP in office, who should be get invoved to handle our application with H.O been on hold for more than 6 months now. I do call the H.O almost every week, the only information they give me is " Application Still under process" .

Please guide me what to do in this situation.
Regards.

Unfortunately you have no options as far I know, apart from waiting to hear back from HO. ILR application NORMAL time frame is 6 months but it could be much longer for complex applications.

Dear Zimba,
The problem heee is that I haven't got any letter saying my situation/application is complex. The only letter I got in last week of completing my 6th month was saying that due to high volume of applications its not possible to process my ILR application with in the specified 6 months period. If it was for complex circumstances than I wouldn't have be this much frustrated.

You might have to wait longer for all sort of reasons. They already told you why you must wait longer. I do not understand what is the problem :?
