Subject: I have changed my sponsorship and between changing visa's, The 1st Company didn't ran the PAY(Payroll) for 5 months, After that i have changed to 2nd company
Is it will effect to get ILR after 5 years ??
Brief Description:
I have got my 1st Tier-2 General Visa on Apr-2014 (3 Years) and the company sacked me on July-2015 and they said they don't want cancel visa, Because if they get project confirmation they will take me back, and they said they have been removed me from the payroll from the month of Aug-2015
And I got 2nd sponsorship from another company and changed on Dec-2015 and they started Payroll from Jan-2016
So literally i didn't work for Aug-2015 - Dec-2015 (No PAY Happens on these months)
(I didn't get any 60 days curtsy letter from UKBA that change to another company or leave the country in the mentioned days. Seams to be 1st sponsorship guys didn't inform to UKBA that they are sacked me from the job and they want to cancel the visa as well. )
1) If I go for ILR after 5 years is this gap effects me ??
2) If effects how can I solve this ?
Please provide the answers to my query, That will helps to me to get out from the tension.
