Maintenance Fund requiremen for single dependent application

Hi Guys

Need Some help on my case .Do Not know about any recent changes since april 2017

Myself (UK passport ) ,my wife(ILR) and my daughter (UK Passport) have current status as showed in bracket.My Son(7 year ) with continuous residence since Dec 2011 is still on tier 1 dependent valid till jan 2018 .I did not applied for his ILR as I was thinking of applying Naturalisation directly under Section 3.1 .But now it does look safe option ,So I want to apply for ILR .
1)What is maintenance fund requirement under april 2017 rule for applying single tier 1 dependent(child)?
Is it still 630 from inside UK leaving more than 12 mth ? Do I need show for other family member?
2)What about other supporting document I require for my son to apply for settlement ?
3)What Section is mandatory I need to fill in the form in SET(O)?
