Hello Vinny,
I applied my mother`s visit visa 2 years ago but got refused. The refusal letter said you did not submit your family history document with visa application. I did not appeal at that time. Now I want to apply for her visit visa again.

Apply again. Acknowledge the previous refusal. Submit what was lacking in the previous application.
