1. Do I need to send any utility bill?
No- this information is likely to be shown in your business bank account
2. Do I need to send lease contract ?
No- your rent is likely to be shown on your business account
3. If i send Marketing materials my case would look more genuine? As I spend 15k plus on advertising & marketing.
Yes - you can include it to increase your business credibility(proving your case beyond reasonable doubt)
4. My company name & trading names are different, it could give any problems?
You can include a cover letter clearly explaining your business name and trading names and any other information that helps the ECO officer understand your business activity and any other information that will help them in deciding your case.
Also, to make it easy flipping through your documents, you can include a document check list with covering relevant areas, i.e
section 1 - covering investment
section 2: covering registration within six months
section 3: covering registration when you apply for extension
section 4: covering job creation evidence
section 5: covering english language
section 6: covering maintenance documentation
section 7: Genuineness - here you can clearly explain what you business does, your clients and relevant business activities and documentation to show for it.
