FLR M application

Hi,

I have been on tier 1 spouse visa & made an application more than a year back for ILR as an dependent. However, as my hustand, who is the main applicant, has yet to get a decision for his ILR, he made a variation of his application by applying SET LR application as he has completed 10 yrs but his application still pending.
So my question is, can I apply for FLR-M now as his dependent?

Will really appreciate your prompt respose.
