I'm very scared and don't know what to do with this letter, it sound like a deportation considering I've been here for 17 years legal since I was 3 years old when I first entered the UK
They ticked A box "You are a person without leave who has been served with a notice of liability to removed"
Restriction:
they ticked A box "I hereby authorise the variation of your leave subject to the following restriction or"
I was told to come to report it to an immigration official centre although I called them through Next Generation Text Service and I asked what is it for but they won't tell me about my situation until I come
I have a crazy thought of getting to be held in detention and may end up for deportation which scared me the most because I can't really go back to where I come from, they have a death penalty for homosexuals and lack of right for deaf
I thought it had something to do with passport I renewing for travel convention but was refused due to photo fail recently and I didn't bother to try again.
however, could you please explain it to me what letter really mean to me?
I can't get a legal lawyer because I couldn't afford them.
Thank you for your time (Sorry my English is terrible)

Do you mean you have been here illegally, or legal as you have posted

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Yeah as a legal person, I came to the UK with my family and received ILR 10 years ago, not sure if I receive them too at that time because I was child at that time (now 20)

Do you have your passports?
Where are the rest of your family?
Try
SAR.

What were the UK

Cheers
I am asking all of you if you know what it mean, I don't get why they sent me detention letter when I stayed in the UK for 17 years even my family and received ILR, I'm only just one of my family member that still had expired passports and haven't renewed it successfully

The answers
may be in the travel documents' endorsements.

I don't find it useful, I had a family visa then got my first passports aged 6 and expired 10 years later so I didn't bother to renew it for 3 years because I haven't got a plan to go abord and thought it wasn't important. I had my application for renewal of my passports refused recently due to photo fail and original status
As you mentioned SAR, would it help it if I try to renew it again?

What did they write on the family visa?
SAR will tell you what data they may still have on you. Renewing travel documents wouldn't make any difference.

Do check. Look for words like 'Indefinite Leave'.
