Problems with Biometric - Child

Hi

I need help if some one advice me. I have made my two kids application for naturalisation and received Biometric enrolment letters.

My one kid aged 3 have some sort of Autism like disability and can not go public place he cry a lot and do not settle down. Very hard to take his photo. I went to post office today and he did not settled and cry a lot and they refused to take his photo.

Is it any possiblity to tell Home office his codition and they give any alternative for this.
