Are you sure you were issued with a FLR(M) visa and not an EEA2 permit as the spouse of an EU national? If you hold an EEA permit you wouldn't qualify for ILR under the Immigration Rules.

Permanent Residence under EEA Regulations can't be applied for in person at the PSC and is a completely different application to SET(M)

Hi,

UKBA have issued me residence permit on eu dependant in 2013 but I have applied on 10 years basis (LONG RESIDENCY).

* I CAME IN 2007 AND STAY LEGAL IN UK FOR 10 YEARS
* I GOT MARRIED WITH EU MEMBER IN 2010 IT IS ALMOST 7 YEARS NOW
* APPLIED FOR EU DEPENDANT ON SEP 2011 AND GOT VISA IN MARCH 2013
* SHE IS WORKING AS A SELF EMPLOYED PERSON SINCE SEP 2011 TILL TODAY.

I have applied on long residency.

Thanks

What evidence did you submit of your wife's self-employment?

This isn't entirely true actually. I just got my daughter ILR (SET(LR)) even though she is in the UK solely under the EEA rules. The current ILR instructions tell caseworkers that, as long as all other requirements for ILR are met, they are required to count time spent under the EEA rules towards the qualifying period for ILR.

Correct. I'd missed the LR application in the OP's first post.
