Visa type & cooling period

Post by ksanki » Tue May 16, 2017 9:47 pm

I am on Tier 2 ICT long term visa currently in UK and completing my 5th year shortly. I am aware of the cooling period of 12 months before I can apply for Tier 2 ICT long term again, but I would like to know if I can apply for general visa or any other visa type that will allow me to get back to UK and work soon after I move back to my home country?

Could someone please help with insights?

Sorry, not looking for a dependent visa as I am the main applicant. The question is, per the home office / visa rules, is it possible for my employer to sponsor / process a work visa other than ICT Tier 2 long term while I am on the 12 months cooling period ?
