NOV/2012 - Registered /Started Business was on PSW with no investment

Dec /2012 -Applied for Initial application Tier 1 ENT visa 50K - WAS PENDING with Home office

Mar/13 - STILL NO VISA - As my business was up and running so decided to Invest £ 9285/- in business

MAY/13 - Home office Refused the visa, so I appealed, and Home office decided to withdrew the case and issue the visa in May 2014

May/2014- Got my Tier 1 Ent Visa

June/2014 - Due to family emergency I had to withdraw £7600 from business account

From Mar/2013 till May/2017 - I invested 67K in my business

£7600 has been take out of my director loan account so it wont be considered as part of my investment so my investment come down from £67 K to £59,400/


Question -

1- Will Home office consider £9285 as an investment which I invested before getting my initial Tier, 1 Entrepreneur?

2- Am I short of investment?

3- What should be payment lending and payback terms on director loan agreement in this case?
