Dependant Visa for Tier 4 Student

Hi guys!

I'm so at lost here, appreciate if anyone can help me out! I have been accepted and currently awaiting for my CAS to study in UAL this September. However, my partner can't seem to secure a job in London to have a career move over with me and most of them said it was because she has no visa at the moment. But to apply for a Tier 2, she needs an offer/sponsor from a company in London, right?

With that said, can she apply a dependant visa to be my dependant under unmarried partner and work in the UK while I study? Her intention of moving over to UK is not because I'm going over but it really is because it is a goal of her's to be working in UK. It offers experiences waaaaaay more than my country has (Singapore).

Please advise us on what we can do!! Thanks in advance!
