Investment Company liquidating

Sir,
Myself and partner came in through 200K joint entrepreneur, we started one company with shares investment of 100K and some few months later started the second company with Shares investment of 100k. Unfortunately the first company is liquidating because of losses and debits.

Will this affect our visa renewal coming up in April 2018?

Loss in business has nothing to do with the visa. However if your name ends up on disqualified company directors, you cannot extend.

So if the company is no longer doing business but not liquidated, i will still be okay as far as we are still in business with the other company?
