Hi everyone i had question for Apply EEA. I'm citizen is Thailand and i live in Poland almost 9 months(i can live in Poland because waiting for answer resident card of Poland). My husband citizen is Poland . He working and live at Scotland almost 5 years. so i had 1 question.if i not wait answer resident card of Poland i can apply EEA in poland or i must comeback apply EEA at Thailand?

Ps. i'm hope you understand my english it bad :)
