Naturalisation application for limited company director

Hi everyone,

I'm applying for my naturalisation and there is something that concerns me.
I have been employee until June/2016 and I have the P60s. I have also been registered as the sole director of a limited company that has been formed in Sep/2015 and stayed dormant till June/2016 that the shareholder deposited the company's bank account and it became active. The company then started doing business in Aug/2016. Since then I have been receiving salary from the company and paying my tax as PAYE.

My question is:
1. In the AN application form what should I select as the answer to question 1.46? Director, Employee or both?
2. Do I need to provide SA statement or a P60 would be enough? I still have not registered for SA and have not submitted any statement.
