Tier 2 ICT ST to Tier 2 Dep. to Tier 2 Main Applicant

Hello,

I entered UK with my Tier 2 ICT Short Term in Jul 2013 and exited the country in Mar 2014. Mean time my wife got Job in UK and the employer sponsored Tier 2 General visa for her and I am back to UK as Tier 2 general dep. in Aug 2014 to till date. Now I am getting job opportunity with Tier 2 general visa, am I eligible to change my visa category from Tier 2 General dependent to Tier 2 General Main applicant?

My doubt here is that 12 month cooling off period from my Tier 2 ICT visa end date.

My Tier 2 ICT ended on 31st March, 2014 and I came back to the country in July 2014 as Tier 2 General Dependent. Is this will have any impact on my new Tier 2 General visa application?
