Switching from Dependents to Tier2

Hello Team,
Can you please help me with below query on dependents Visa:

QUERY :
I came to UK on OCT 2015 on TIER2 ICT Long-term Visa. My Wife will be joining me soon as my dependent. I believe she is eligible to work in UK on her dependent visa .

Once she is here in UK. she is planning to work for the same XYZ company in UK on contract which she has been already working in our home country.

After 6/7months of her contractual job in UK with the same XYZ company, will she be eligible to switch her visa to TIER2 if at all company agrees to sponsor ?

yes she can change to tier 2 general.
however, questions will arise about genuineness of her vacancy and employment to satisfy rlmt.
