EEA 2 Permit holder

Hello there,

i was married to EEA Citizen for five years, but recently separated and we have two kids together during that time we was married. My question is what can i apply for as my EEA 2 residence permit is about to expire and I'm unsure what to do? any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
