Hi everyone,
I have been granted EU citizenship recently. Previously, I had accepted a job offer in the UK that it will be started soon. I and my wife are now living in Spain and we would like to move to UK together. Since my wife is Iranian (non-EU citizen) we should apply for EEA family permit visa before moving to UK, I have some questions regarding this issue:
1- Is our Iranian marriage certificate translated by a qualified translator can be accepted by home office as the proof of our marriage for the the visa application?
2- What are the other documents that we can present in order to increase the chance of acceptance, e.g. we have joint bank account and house contract for almost three years.
3- Before my naturalization has been finalized, I had also received my tier-2 CoS which is still valid, I would like to know whether this document can be seen as my Job condition supporting document for the EEA family visa application or not?
I need answer of these questions to convince myself to not worry about our visa application refusal.
Thank you
