Help for birth cert

I WAS MARRIED TO MAN WHO IS NOT FATHER OF BABY..?
i was married out side of ireland and came here as a eu family member with husband for holiday..after fewdays my husband left me and he stoped contract with me even i do not know where is he now.i have baby with man who is live in here more then 3 years stam4 EU family member. i do not pps number and do not have
visa in here.i was is birth registration office they asked me my pps number .i told them i do not have pps. they said me that i have to apply for pps after come to me for birth cert, and they asked me i m married or single.i told them i m single.please could you tell what should i do .if i say i m married other man whho is not father of baby they need profe of document .now i do know where is my husband gone .could you tell how can i registration my bay without him..now i m living with my bay and baby father...bay father want to put him name on birth cert....please give me advise
