appeal bundle for spouse visa

hi can any one help me I called the tribunal office today for an update regarding my wife's visa appeal review by the ECM they said it just says that the bundle has been returned back but they haven't updated their systems yet

what I wanted to know is what does that mean does it mean its possible that the ECM withdrew their original decision to refuse or could it mean they have maintained their decision and want to go to court

any reply will do

please help cant stop worrying.
