Ict tier 2 dependant visa delayed

Hi

I had applied tier 2 visa for myself and my dependants on12th may. My visa has already come on 16th may but the dependants applications havent been processes yet. I called up of given number a couple of times and they just tell me a decision hasnt been made yet without any reasons and i havent got any emails asking for missing documents. Has anyone else faced it recently and by when can i expect a decision as my vigenette visa expires by 14 june and we need to travel before that.

I too have applied for the same. I've got my visa but still haven't got my dependents visa. It's been 6 working days now, I got mine on the 4th working day. Do let me know your status.

We got dependants visa on15th working day.. So hope same works for you too..

Hello All,
I have the same case, I have applied for tier 2 ict dependant visa for me and my 4 month old son on 17 May 2017. It is now 29 working day, still we are waiting for the same. We got email thrice first email we got is on 5 June saying unfortunately the processing of your application is not straight forward. 2 email my son application got there is scanning error please send all document on 12 June and again I got email on 19 June they are not able to locate TB certificate. We sent all documents, as all this documents were already sent with application.

Not sure what is going on, as per website they decided within 15 working days. We called them and emailed them but as usual standard reply to wait.

Please help is anybody gone through same situation and have they got visa and at what time. Or is there anybody to whom we can contact. As my husband is waiting for me and my son.

Dear Mangala,

Sorry to hear about the pain you have been through. I am in the same boat. Applied on June 30th and my visa was processed in just couple of days. However, my dependent's visa has not been processed yet and there is no further update/email about why it is taking time or whether a document is missing etc.

Have you received any update yet? If not, how are you planning to proceed?
