Urgent English Language qualification Request

Post by strada » Sat May 20, 2017 2:07 pm

Hi Guru's

I really need your advice on this one. I was refused an ILR on a 5year Tier 1 route. As am married and have a Child with a British citizen, I applied for an FLR (M) visa, I now received 2 letters form HO. One stating that I will need to get a UKNARIC translation of my degree from Africa. 2. That my application will take longer due to complexities.

My worry is more with the English language test, as I need to submit it back to them in 10days. Even if I request my transcript from the university, this will take at leat 8 weeks. On the other hand, If I want to sit to EILT test in the Uk, I need my passport to do that. My passport has been retained by the HO from my first application since 2016. Please, what advice can you give me? I will really appreciate.

Thank you.

Regards,

Strada
