help applicaiton type

Post by me22gram » Mon May 22, 2017 10:23 am

i am an overstayer over 5yrs and married to a british husband who has abandoned me and my child.
We got married while we were both on tier 4 in Pakistan. I became overstayer on route and we were never depend on each others visa.
Because of hard time, i send him away as he increasingly not tolerant of my overstaying status.
He became british on his own right and applied for his child but not interested in me and my status.
Pls what chance do i have to regularise myself as my lawyer said as i am married to a british,
family of british child is not an option.
The enstrange husband do not want to do anything for me.
i do not want to involve him as i want to do it on my own
My child has always live with me.

You can try submitting a FLR(FP) Parent route application as it appears that you are the sole carer of your child. The 'solicitor' is talking rubbish.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
