Tier 2 ICT Staff Partner - Doctor

Hi All,

I am bringing my wife along with me and she will be coming under Tier 2 ICT Staff Partner visa. She is a doctor and I have read through the forums that she wont be able to take 'Doctor in Training' jobs. However I wanted to know about the below options if anyone could help throw some light:

1. Can she join a university and pursue her Post Graduation in Medicine in the same Visa (after clearing the PLAB 1 & 2 exams)
2. Can she clear PLAB 1 & 2 exams and them work as a doctor (not as any training doctor but a regular job)

Are there any restrictions or additional requirements?
