Variation application FLR to ENTRP Tier1 Ext Depd

Hi Zimba,
I have applied my fresh application for Entp tier1 £200K visa ext.

For my children application Maintenance funds 90 consecutive days was not ready, therefore for continuity of C3 we applied FLR application for them to gain time.

Now consecutive 90days maintenance funds are ready for children application.

1-We applying Variation Application. Can we do that ?

2-Visa fee for FLR we paid £811 and Tier1 Entrp depended fee is £1228, should we pay now only difrence £417 per application ?

3-We paid £500 IHS fee, In FLR application.For Tier1 Entrp tier1 depended IHS fee we usually paid £600/app.
Home office take £400 and £200 refund back.
Can i use same IHS No and £500/application should be ok ?

I am not sure about this. Generally you have to pay again and then request a refund. Contact UKVI and ask

We just received Biometric documents for FLR application, should we done it and apply separtly for Tier1 depended application.

I am not sure about this. Generally you have to pay again and then request a refund. Contact UKVI and ask

as you said in an another post that the section 3c ends when the first application is refused following the admin review..in this thread this is the second application for the applicant and he applied for flr and then wanted to vary it. so how is it possible when theres no section 3c there and he can vary his second application..please can you calrify this point if a second application can be varied?

Under immigration act, you are allowed to vary a pending application.

So
if someone applies second application and wants to vary that to ten years ILR Route,can they do that but then the time period spent under the second application wont be under section 3C..it wont count towards the lawfull stay or would it?

There will be no section 3C so no lawful residence
You can vary but given you have no 10 years of lawful residence in that situation, your application eventually will be refused.
Varying an application does not mean that application will be certainly successful

Just to let you know that HO accept my Children varying application FLR to Tier1 depended.
I check on weblink showing Decision is pending.
